About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive our property development projects from planning to completion. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced development environment.

Job Description

Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of development projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and project specifications.

Lead the project team, including APMs, ensuring clear communication of project scope, timelines, and responsibilities.

Conduct regular progress meetings with all stakeholders to review project status and address any issues.

Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure site work complies with the company’s standards, procedures, and codes.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and planning stages to ensure project efficiency and innovation.

Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure all necessary approvals for project commencement and completion.

Oversee feasibility studies, including project planning, tendering, contract administration, and construction methodology to ensure project viability and success.

Foster strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project progression.

Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and team collaboration within the project management team.

Familiarity with property development market environment, local business, and government regulations.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire project teams.

Knowledge of project plan development and implementation in the property development industry.

Computer literacy in industry‑related software (e.g., MS Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD).
