Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Renovation Project Manager with proven leadership skills to guide project teams from planning through completion. This role suits a mature professional who can lead site teams confidently, work collaboratively with all stakeholders, and maintain high standards under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Take overall ownership of interior renovation projects from inception to handover
• Foster strong teamwork between internal departments, consultants, and contractors
• Plan and control project budgets, schedules, and manpower resources
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Resolve site, coordination, and technical issues through clear leadership and communication
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in interior renovation or fit‑out project management
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing site teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong team player with a collaborative and hands‑on approach
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination
