The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects at Client’s facilities (in particular on Cleanroom). This role involves managing the design and construction of new buildings including CQV towards full handover of the systems and buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, Construction Management, Vendor Management and Project Control.

They will be knowledgeable and experienced in Cleanroom Construction to Completion, Validation, M&E, reporting, technical, schedule, budget & costing, site and design works, change management, stakeholders management, leadership and coordination.

The PM ensures that all tasks are delivered on time, within budget while adhering to all relevant regulations and company standards. The PM is required to work collaboratively with real estate, planning, engineering, maintenance, EHSS, Operation and manufacturing teams across Client portfolio.
