The role covers end‑to‑end project management from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
  • Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision‑making forums.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
  • Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.

Requirements

Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent (Any related bachelor degree).

Level of minimal experience: 6‑10 years
