This is an exciting opportunity to join BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD. as a Project Manager in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
• Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensuring projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes and safety standards
• Collaborating with the design team to resolve any technical challenges
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
