Responsibilities

To enhance project coordination and ensure timely execution of development activities across departments and consultant.

To provide direct administrative, communication and reporting support to top management for better efficiency and decision making.

To strengthen project tracking documentation and follow –through on management directives in line with corporate growth.

Manage and coordinate project timelines, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Assists management in preparing project reports, presentation, meeting minutes and follow up actions.

Handle administrative and confidential tasks for top management, including scheduling correspondences and document management.

Act as liaison, between project teams and management, ensuring proper communication and task completion.

Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals, permits, and compliance certifications for industrial development projects. Ensure all development activities adhere to zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations, while maintaining strong relationships with authorities to prevent project delays.

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency. Track expenditures, forecast variations, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets.

Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors. Ensure timely delivery of work, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with all teams to ensure timely completion of development phases.

Identify potential project risks, conduct impact assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce delays and cost overruns.

Conduct frequent site visits to monitor construction activities, resolve issues, ensure standards compliance, and verify progress against plans.

Implement quality control processes to ensure all work meets industrial property requirements, regulatory standards, and company specifications.

Work with leasing teams to understand tenant requirements, coordinate industrial space customization, and ensure handover readiness.

Integrate sustainable design principles, conduct environmental evaluations, and ensure development activities meet ESG standards.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management, ensuring clear visibility on project milestones and challenges.

Introduce and manage project management tools, digital tracking systems, and smart building technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct project close‑out reviews, evaluate performance metrics, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future developments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years experiences, preferably in property development, project coordination, or executive office support.

Strong understanding of development workflow, consultant coordination and authority submission processes.

Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skill with high attentions to detail.

Proficient in Ms Office, project tracking tools and report preparation.

Mature, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervisor.
