Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive wiring harness or automotive component industry.
- Familiar with automotive development procedures and quality systems (IATF16949, VDA).
- Strong knowledge of APQP and related documentation.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Responsible, pressure-resistant, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English proficiency is an advantage.

Language Skills
- Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading & writing) for communication with customers, suppliers, and headquarters in China.

Responsibility
Project Management & Coordination
- Fully manage new projects from initiation, development, pilot build to mass production.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve milestones on time.
- Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Production) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports and improvement plans.
APQP Planning & Implementation
- Lead and execute the five phases of APQP.
- Prepare and manage APQP documents such as Flow Charts, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- Ensure projects meet IATF16949 and customer-specific quality standards.
Technical Coordination & Support
- Support the technical team in solving design and manufacturing issues.
- Guide design changes, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Participate in evaluating and implementing new technologies, materials, and processes.
Customer & Supplier Communication
- Act as the primary contact window with customers for technical and project-related matters.
- Coordinate supplier technical support and delivery schedules to ensure project quality and timelines.
Team Management & Training
- Lead and mentor project engineers and technical personnel to enhance team capability.
- Develop training plans to standardize project management and APQP execution.
