Job description

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task management, and key milestones.

Develop and maintain clear project documentation to keep all stakeholders informed.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Adjust and optimise project plans in response to evolving business needs and challenges.

Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and implement lessons learned to improve future project delivery.

Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

Be available to travel domestically and internationally to support clients and ensure on-site delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in ERP customer-facing project management roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Knowledge of INFOR SunSystems would be an added advantage.

Good understanding of system integration, data management, and change management.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
