About the role

Tdecision Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project
• Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver complex projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
