Planning and overseeing projects to ensure completed within time, scope, and budget.

Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and update stakeholders.

To manage & lead the project team to successfully deliver project tasks.

Provide reports on project status in terms of budget, quality, time, and resources and ensure the project is continually documented.

Monitoring projects and act where necessary to ensure that executing functions will achieve the project goals.

Ensure timely delivery and implementation of project according to completion date.

Accountable that all assigned project deliverables are fulfilled in accordance with the Customer Project Contract.

Support Sales with Project Management competence for contract negotiation.

To ensure customer satisfaction, delivery quality & project profitability.

Must be able to prioritize (including multi-tasking) and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.

Must have experience in leading technical, time critical projects (multi-tasking as required)

Must be able to identify risks and issues, mitigate and communicate to the project team, program management and associated steering committee members.

Develop a deep understanding of our client’s requirements and how best to respond from an infrastructure perspective – taking into consideration their past experiences, their immediate challenges, and their strategic roadmap.

Arranging, Chairing, and attending both internal and external project meetings.

Act as a SPOC for customer escalations and own them throughout the lifecycle of the escalation.

Perform good customer management. Build up good customer relationship for helping project running smoothly and develop good company image to increase more sales in future.

Leads the planning, executing and implementation projects and roll outs.

Provides management with regular project update, creates, and maintains trusting relationships, identifies, and manages project issues and risks.

Conducts all project management tasks to ensure project scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved.

Lead from front on Business Process set-up workshop by demonstrating Domain / industry experience on best practices.

Communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, functional and technical team members.

Identifies and communicates resource conflicts.

Applies testing knowledge to develop user acceptance criteria, testing activities, and integration schedule, to ensure all changes and new functionalities are successfully added to the new system landscape.

Creates and maintains project documentation charters, PM plans, schedules, status reports, change requests etc.

Monitors and controls execution phase to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all business and system requirements.

Develops and maintains standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Project Management.
  • With excellent Communication skill, Analytical skill, Problem Solving skill.
  • Demonstrate strong Leadership skill.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess Certification in Project Management (eg. PMP, Prince II) is an added advantage.
  • Good in MS Project,MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Power Point for project documentation & Reporting.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Adaptability, able to tolerate stress, good communications skills with customers, team and stakeholders, customer focused mindset.
