WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, development team and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project requirements and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with PolicyStreet’s goals.
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• At least 2 years experience preferably in a tech environment,
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and best practices.
• A good understanding of software development processes and technologies is essential.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Be self-motivated, responsible, dependable and an enthusiastic team player.
• Aggressive, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
