• Arrange site resources effectively for work target achievement.

Job description

To lead, plan, direct and coordinate the entire project team on activities towards completion of the projects to ensure compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety, and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.

To be competent in contract within its liability, rights, and implementation method.

Any other duties assigned by Managing Director/Director as and when required.

To prepare and monitor the master program.

To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations, and presentations.

To ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

To execute site arrangement regarding material, machineries, and manpower to expedite the work for target planning achieved.

To highlight the problems and constraints regarding workability, accessibility, and advise the effective solutions for related structure above to management.
