Role Description

We’re hiring a Project Manager (IT & Systems Analysis) to lead client projects from planning through delivery. You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution, risk management, and successful outcomes.

Job Description

• Manage communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are clearly aligned and delivered to satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and project teams, coordinating efforts to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
• Define and manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall progress to align with company goals.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive project plans and proposals, including key milestones, workstreams, and timelines, for stakeholder review and approval.
• Ensure the availability of application environments, licensing, and resources before project initiation.
• Track project status regularly, maintain up-to-date documentation, and provide timely updates on strategy, progress, and any changes.
• Identify and manage risks or issues proactively through contingency planning, escalation management, and change control processes.
• Respond to client and team queries promptly, supporting issue resolution and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of key deliverables as needed.
• Evaluate team performance, offer constructive feedback, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills Required

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• General understanding of networking, server and storage, security, CDN and virtualization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in IT project management, including successfully delivering projects through the full life cycle.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts and environments to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered a strong plus.
