As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Management Trainer who can design, customise, and deliver impactful training programmes that meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality training on various project management courses using experiential learning techniques.
  • Design, customise, and update training materials to meet client and industry‑specific requirements.
  • Provide project management consultancy services as required.
  • Support training and development initiatives by engaging effectively with participants and ensuring knowledge application.
  • Collaborate with senior trainers and industry experts to innovate and enhance training approaches.
  • Continuously improve training delivery based on participant feedback and evolving best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in managing projects and delivering training.
  • Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI credentials) and/or HRD Corp Trainer accreditation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and training best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and eventually conduct specialised project management courses.
