About the role

As a Project Management/Sourcing professional at Intrinseque Health, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of key clinical and medical research initiatives. Based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects, from planning and resource allocation to monitoring and reporting
• Identify and source the necessary equipment, materials and services required for research initiatives
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and value for the organisation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Implement robust project management methodologies to drive projects forward and mitigate risks
• Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks
• Provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership

What we\'re looking for
