We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our clinical research team at Intrinseque Health. In this full‑time role based in Melaka, you will play a pivotal part in the delivery of complex clinical research projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and budgets
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams of clinical researchers, data analysts and other specialists to drive project success
• Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track and within scope
• Collecting, analysing and reporting on key project data and performance metrics
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and manage their expectations
• Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines and ethical standards
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior project team members
