Project Executives ( Architecture and Interior Fit-Out )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all work among trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the correct sequence of work is followed, managing the interface between various trade contractors and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and ensure timely project delivery.
• Check construction drawings for any discrepancies with on-site conditions.
• Handle various scopes of work, including levelling, terminal construction details, identifying clashes with MEP services, and managing vertical and height alignment.
• Prepare and manage lookahead schedules, review site progress, assess delays, and implement catch-up strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct inspections and tests according to method statements and inspection test plans.
• Issue RFIs (Request for Information), CVIs (Contractor’s Variation Instruction), and review AI (Architect’s Instruction) from consultants, designers, and architects.

Education & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Fit-Out or a related field.
• Knowledge of MS Project for schedule management is required.
• Ability to sketch or provide AutoCAD details for coordination with the design team.
