Job description

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

1. Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
2. Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day‑to‑day duties on all projects handled.
3. Attends all Project Co‑ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
4. Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
5. Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.
