• Manage and coordinate design & fit-out projects from start to handover.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and submission documents required by mall management or authorities.

At least 1 year of experience in Design & Build, Renovation, or Interior Fit-Out industry is an advantage.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and submission documents required by mall management or authorities.
• Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Handle project costing, purchasing, procurement coordination, and material tracking.
• Coordinate material delivery and site requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in resolving on-site issues and technical matters.
