Job Description:
  • Oversee end-to-end fit-out projects for F&B outlets, from planning to handover.
  • Coordinate with HQ design team, contractors, landlords, and local authorities.
  • Ensure design, materials, and finishes meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Handle MEP coordination (electrical, air‑con, plumbing, exhaust, etc.) and kitchen setup.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and final handover to operations team.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B or retail fit‑out projects. Experience in dealing with contractors and mall operators will be added advantages.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to read drawings and manage contractors effectively.
  • Knowledge of MEP works, authority submission, and safety standards.
  • Preferably knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
  • Willing to travel frequently and handle multiple sites simultaneously.
