Job summary

A leading project management firm in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to support project management activities. This role includes preparing project summaries, attending briefings, and coordinating with developers. The ideal candidate must facilitate communication among agents and developers, manage feedback, and assist in timely reporting. Candidates should have good organizational and communication skills for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information related to project summary and sales kit.
• Attend project briefings on-site or via Zoom.
• Understand project packages well.
• Request sales charts and available units from the developer.
• Work closely with developers and departments to address agent matters.
• Handle developer feedback and complaints.
• Assist agents on project matters and clarify information.
• Submit timely reports and prepare assigned presentations.
• Assist with relevant ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
• Update and reply to Developer updates in WhatsApp groups.
• Update and reply to REN queries in Telegram groups.

• Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom)
• Understand well about Project package
• Request sales chart and unit available with developer
• Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters
• Handle developer feedback and complaint
• Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
• Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
• Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group
• Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group
