Job Description

Managing project related to Oil, Gas & Chemical services, maintain client communication effectively, participate in technical discussion, provide regular update on weekly basis or as specified by client. The executive is also responsible to provide technical, commercial proposal and monitor project cost for monthly invoicing process.

  • Work closely with project manager, laboratory operation, client and to provide frequent report for external and internal stakeholder.
  • Keep track of PO utilization, 3rd party invoices, COGS
  • Prepare Quotation as per the contractual pricing
  • Prepare weekly project status and update tracker
  • Prepare supporting documents for UBR/WIP declaration and invoicing purposes.
  • Manage complete work flow path from sample arrival to report output on a job by job basis.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposal for Oil, Gas & Chemical services.
  • Assist Project Manager on tender and RFQ preparation.
  • Support meeting quality objectives in the SGS quality and continuous improvement program.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards against SGS QHSE standards, purchase supply and maintain inventory.
  • Assist laboratory operations as required.
  • Able to travel with short notice to meet client or business meeting as required
  • Ability to work at odd hours when called upon
  • Adhere to client’s confidentiality agreement
  • To comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) local regulation (Occupational Safety and Health Act 1996, Factory and Machinery Act 1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974).
  • Ensure that all Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements are met.
  • Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 & MIBAS policy, 17065 & ACB policy and ISO17025 & SAMM policy"(where applicable/required).
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Science / Chemistry / Petroleum Engineering or Project Management related field from recognized university.
  • Applicable for fresh graduates
  • Related working experience will be added as advantage
