Job summary

A leading energy services company based in Malaysia is seeking a diligent individual for project coordination duties. The ideal candidate will oversee budget management, create and manage orders in CRM, and track job status updates. Applicants should possess a degree in engineering and have strong coordination and communication skills. Experience in NDT operations will be advantageous, and fresh graduates from Pahang are encouraged to apply.

Job description

1. Ensure availability of operations budget before executing assigned jobs.
2. Create and manage MOB orders in CRM for all assigned projects.
3. Maintain and update manpower movement charts for assigned coordinators.
4. Track and update job completion status (“Job’s Done”).
5. Ensure project compliance for equipment and manpower according to approved procedures.
6. Verify that client-approved procedures are available prior to job execution.
7. Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding project planning and job arrangements.
8. Ensure timely submission of inspection reports and maintain proper records on the company server.
9. Submit client-approved timesheets to HQ promptly.
10. Manage petty cash efficiently and ensure claims are submitted within the 80% threshold.
11. Plan and coordinate manpower and equipment movement across sites during festive periods.
12. Forecast and plan manpower requirements based on project loading across all sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Familiarity with NDT operations (RT, MT, PT, UT, and preferably advanced NDT techniques) will be added advantage.
• Strong coordination skills in managing manpower.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Prior experience in project coordination within fabrication or inspection environments will be added advantage.
