The candidate will be responsible for site preparation, developing electrical systems, and managing project stakeholders. A recognized diploma or degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years’ experience in the construction engineering industry are required. Qualifications

  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in field of studies.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Construction Engineering.
  • Experience in design, HT exposure, Control Panel/BMS.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare site, submission documents and coordinate site activities.
  • Develop electrical systems based on project requirements.
  • Manage project stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Create work schedules and resource planning.
  • Understand engineering drawings and perform calculations.
  • Assist in electrical designs and plans for construction.
  • Coordinate safety management on site.
  • Monitor project progress and report.
  • Conduct testing of electrical systems.
  • Assist in commissioning and handover of electrical works.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues during construction.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Site preparation and co‑ordination, preparation of submission documents.
  • Create and develop electrical systems and components based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub‑ contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
  • Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
  • Assist in the development of electrical designs and plans for construction projects.
  • Coordinate the safety management system on site.
  • Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
  • Participate in site visits to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed electrical works.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the construction process.
  • All other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job Requirements
  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
  • Possess minimum 3 years relevant experience in the local Construction Engineering industry.
  • Experience in design, HT exposure and/or Control Panel/BMS.
  • Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
