Job summary

Job Description

• Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors, workers, and machinery, to maintain efficient construction progress.
• Ensure all construction works comply with technical specifications, customer requirements, and statutory obligations, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage construction materials, minimize waste, and maintain proper control of company assets and site machinery.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, capture progress photos, and record accurate site measurements to track project development.
• Identify, address, and resolve technical or engineering issues, including discrepancies in drawings and project details.
• Attend consultant and site meetings to review project status, align deliverables, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with on-site implementation.
• Prepare all required technical documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, inspection reports, and other project records.
• Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with consultants, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
