Location: Nilai
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Availability: Immediate hiring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Engineering, or similar)
• Strong knowledge in project management (scheduling, coordination, documentation, risk identification)
• Good understanding of Gantt charts, project timelines, SOPs, and workflow planning
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines
• Eager to learn robotics & automation workflows
• Motivated, disciplined, and responsible
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering and robotics projects
• Prepare project documentation, reports, Gantt charts, and progress updates
• Participate in client meetings, project briefings, and site visits
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams (software, mechanical, embedded)
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Perform basic testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting with guidance
• Maintain proper project records and ensure tasks follow SOPs
• Support sales & technical teams for proposals, costing, and project schedules
