Requirement

• Possess a Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product development principles and processes.
• Exhibit proficiency in requirements analysis and the ability to translate user needs into technical specifications.
• Contribute to technical design activities, including the creation of prototypes and detailed documentation.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges during product development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly those related to medical devices.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and writing.
• Willing to work onsite at the company's location, Sg Buloh.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the role, contributing to the company's mission of providing high‑quality healthcare services.

Responsibility

• Assist in the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Gather and analyze product requirements from various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customers.
• Contribute to the technical design and documentation of new and existing products.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of product prototypes and initial production units.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare and medical device technology.
• Support the resolution of technical issues related to product performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of product development activities, including design changes, test results, and problem reports.
