Responsibilities

• In charge of daily site operation including work arrangement, monitor, control and reporting.
• Leading operation teams including site supervisors to carry out site work as planned.
• Carry out daily and weekly construction work planning and reporting.
• Plan and organize material delivery, machinery and workforce for the work area.
• Monitor and control resource consumption to avoid wastage, downtime, and idling.
• Implement QA/QC procedures with consultants and client representatives.
• Keep and update resource consumption records and work done amounts.
• Liaise with surveyor and design teams for all site work matters.
• Liaise with safety, health, and traffic management departments to safeguard public safety.
• Assist in handling public complaints.
• Provide timely feedback to management on work-related information.
• Carry out other duties assigned by superior or management.
