A leading plastic components manufacturer in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Leader to oversee new project development and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing customer relations, and ensuring ISO documentation compliance. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is preferred.

• Internal audit training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new project development from start to mass production.
• Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and coordinating mold trials.
• Serve as a contact point for customers on technical matters.
• Ensure customer approval for new products before production.
• Comply with ISO documentation standards.

• To lead and coordinate overall new project development including new to modification new and existing tools from beginning until 1st mass production.
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and coordinating the mold trial
• To act as a contact window person with customer in technical and engineering matters.
• To prepare the New Part Information and BOM after part approved.
• Responsible follow up the engineering change given by customer and monitor running change of production.
• To handle customer enquiries or complaint of new project or tool modification.
• As the Project Leader of the assigned new project.
• Ensure all new products have customer's approval before production.
• Ensure ISO documentation are follow and in order.
• Assist in project improvement plan and cost saving plan
• Accountable for the successful process and hand over completion of projects.
• To ensure the company 6s is in order.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
• However, Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.
• Preferably with Internal audit training for ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 13485.
• Good communication, negotiator and leadership skills.
• Computer literate. Must be able to use MS Office email
