Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Property Project Director to provide executive strategic leadership direction for our commercial, residential and industrial developments.

This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycles from initial conception, feasibility, planning to execution and delivery. The director would be required to ensure projects meet financial, quality and timeline objectives set within the various unique projects under the company.

The Director will lead cross-functional teams, project teams, collaborate with authorities, consultants, contractors and other external partners to drive the successful completion of new projects.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in housing development/construction industry
  • Independent & ability to liaise with all relevant authorities will be an added advantage
  • Key skills include proven leadership, team management, knowledge of housing regulations and the project lifecycle, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in financial and project management and strong analytical skills
