About the Role

We are seeking a Project Cost Controller to ensure financial oversight of a large-scale construction project. This role focuses on tracking costs, forecasting budget needs, and providing actionable insights to project management to maintain financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.

Track expenditures, commitments, and variations for contractors and suppliers.

Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow updates, and cost analysis for management.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with project managers, QS, procurement, and finance teams on cost-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company and client financial and reporting standards.

Assist in claims, variations, and commercial correspondence related to cost impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.

Experience in project cost control, preferably within construction or industrial projects.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of project cost management software is a plus.

Prior experience in data centers or high-tech industrial projects is beneficial but not required.
