Job description

Position Summary

This role assists Project Manager / Construction Manager / Site Manager to supervise, monitor and coordinate at the project site with contractors and consultants. Responsibilities include ensuring works are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures; executing inspections and utilizing quality control mechanisms to verify project quality (QLASSIC, GBI, etc.); issuing site memos or NCRs for non-compliance; preparing and updating daily reports, verifying progress reports and attending site meetings; checking and reporting discrepancies in construction drawings and specifications; and liaising with contractors for defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Oversee construction activities and progress planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmers.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with the project's specifications.
• Conduct inspections at all stages to ensure conformance, identifying and reporting non-conformance.
• Prepare and check all PQP forms and checklists, daily records.
• Follow company's internal processes and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements
