Qualifications
  • Possess Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Architecture/ Construction Management/Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in interior design/ construction/architectural industry
  • Good leadership and excellent planning skills for monitoring project plans and schedules.
  • Possess knowledge of Project Management concepts and principles.
  • Applicants must possess good written and strong oral communications with a wide range of clients & subcontractors and proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin will be added advantages
  • Possess positive working attitude, strong attention to detail, proactive, responsible, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Cost conscious and sound commercial awareness to allocate and manage the project budget effectively according to BQ
  • Technical/computing skills programs like MS Project, Microsoft Office Excel and Word, M.Power point & CAD
  • All interns or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibility
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget management, including processing invoices, monitoring expenditures, and identifying potential cost overruns.
  • Identify and elevate project risks and issues to the Project Manager, and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Support the procurement process by gathering quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials to participants.
  • Assist in quality control activities by conducting site inspections, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
