Work hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests from clients in the oil & gas sector.
  • Order Management: Process orders for equipment, spare parts, and services while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions, contracts, and communications comply with industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and service reports.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
