Responsibilities include managing HR matters for site staff and assisting the manager with employee concerns. The role offers a contract period of 2 years with a working schedule of Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

Job description
  • Handle HR matters for site‑based operational staff, including recruitment, leave, and resignation submissions to HQ‑Human Resource Department.
  • Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Support the manager with on‑site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to HQ‑Human Resource Department.
  • Record and verify on‑site manpower data against designations.
  • Record and manage documents including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
  • Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Job requirements
  • Candidates should possess Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Possess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with good communication skills.

  • Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (8AM- 1PM).
Role details

Contract period: 2 years (renewable based on experience)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 AM-5 PM), Saturday (8 AM-1 PM)
