JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and operate CNC Milling machine for Makino S33
• CAM programming.
• Fabrication of Electrodes and sub‑inserts.
• Design with good ideas for modification of tools.
• Design and fabrication of Jigs & Fixtures.
• Ensure timely support to production to reduce down time.
• Must be able to work independently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate or Diploma in tool & die-making discipline with specialization in tool fitting, assembly & basic design.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
• Has basic tools & physical skills & discipline to use specific prescribed methods/procedures for this work.
• Skill in CAM Programming and Machine Setter for Makino CNC machine and jig & fixture fabrication.
• Good knowledge in CAD and CAM Programming.
• Well versed in 3D software like Unigraphics /Autocad would be an added advantage
