Job description

Manages the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across ad platforms. This includes reviewing media plans, trafficking campaigns, performing quality checks, reporting, and optimizing both direct IO and programmatic campaigns. The role requires attention to detail, quick turnaround, and proactive communication to ensure campaigns meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and QC media plans; set up orders in ad servers
  • Manage creative assets and metadata
  • Traffic campaigns: implement tags, configure targeting, set frequency caps
  • Conduct QA checks before and during campaigns
  • Launch and monitor campaigns; flag risks proactively
  • Generate performance reports and assist with billing
  • Collaborate with global teams and support operations across time zones
  • Hands‑on experience with ad servers and DSPs (Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP)
  • Campaign trafficking and reporting experience
  • Familiarity with workflow/CRM tools like Jira and Salesforce
  • Understanding of CTV/OTT, video, and display advertising
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
