Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in manufacturing and industrial materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and leading a new sales team, conducting market research and planning, as well as managing client relationships, contracts, and proposals. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

Achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial materials sector.

Team Development

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

Provide training, guidance, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and sales plans to drive business expansion.

Contract & Client Management

Prepare, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and business negotiations.

Oversee the process of collection (收款) and ensure timely payments.

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, sales, or business development within manufacturing/industrial materials.

Strong track record of achieving sales KPIs and business growth.
