Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Financial Management: Estimate project costs and allocate resources effectively for materials, labor, and equipment.

Reporting and Communication: Provide regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management.

Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Quality & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with Quality Engineering to address process and product issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency, yield, and cost.

Project & Risk Management: Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans. Track program progress, resolve roadblocks, and elevate issues when necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for program status with internal and external stakeholders.
