Job description

Responsible as a Program Management Specialist for new product introductions or existing product enhancements, serving both new and existing customers. This role involves managing customer requirements from both commercial and technical perspectives, ensuring all activities align with ethical business conduct and fair labor practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee customer programs, from new product introductions to ongoing projects
• Lead communication and documentation flow between customers and internal departments
• Monitor product transfers and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Manage risk and opportunity for all assigned programs to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate change management implementation with cross-functional teams
• Track and report project performance, providing daily and weekly updates to management and customers
• Maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and demand coverage in the ERP system (Syteline)
• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance
• Focal person for Export Control Compliance in respective programs
• Focal for bidding and approval processes and ensure compliance with company and customer standards

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. Preferably in the aerospace, automotive, or chemical industries
• Strong proficiency in Project Management Software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Experience with ERP/MRP Systems, especially Syteline
• Competence in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with RCCA and quality management tools
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and export control systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
