As a Program Executive, you will play a vital role in managing supply chain functions to support strategic initiatives and achieve customer service objectives in accordance with service level agreements. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales and Supplier Management teams, to ensure alignment of supply chain and operational accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) concepts and work closely with customers and sales teams to plan and procure according to forecasts.
  • Prepare forecast models and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and sales teams, to assess the feasibility of forecasting requirements.
  • Apply inventory management practices to assess inventory levels and aging.
  • Participate in program setup and maintenance, including part profile, new part addition, End of Life (EOL) transitions, model changes, and recommend modifications to enhance program efficiency and revenue.
  • May be assigned specific customer accounts or cross/multi-supplier solutions.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers on channel and distributor policy decisions that impact the supply chain. Monitor current supplier and company business processes to lead and drive the development of new or improved supply chains that enhance profitability, enable sales, and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Align the company's goals and objectives with suppliers to ensure mutual achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Manage daily discrete PO and forecast planning from customers.
  • Respond to PO confirmation, reschedule reports, and arrange shipments to customers.
  • For consignment programs, oversee billing once customers send pull signals and when they have consumed the inventory.
  • Monitor, track, and review customer's forecast performance; collaborate with customers on programs and services for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in purchasing, order management, or material planning in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in supply chain practices, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise judgment and discretion.
  • Experience in collaborating on projects and contributing to team success.
