Qualifications

• Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Tourism / Hospitality fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.
• Strong publication record with at least 10 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS).
• Secured research grants worth RM150,000-RM200,000 as Principal Investigator.
• Graduated at least 3 PhD students.
• Minimum h-index of 10.
• Experience in higher education with professional knowledge of curriculum development.
• Developing teaching methodologies and materials using IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare calling classes, tutorials, and practicals.
• Contribute to programme and curriculum development.
• Implement strategies to enhance student learning.
• Participate in scholarly activities and conference presentations.
• Carry out administrative duties within the department.
• Assist in linking with external organisations.
