Responsibilities

• Put up mould on machine including preparation and installation of cooling system.
• Clean the hopper before new mold running.
• Grease and clean the mold that is running.
• Take the latest parameter data on the particular mold.
• Mark and arrange all molds.
• Send mold to tooling department for repairs.
• Do housekeeping and assist the shift supervisor.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment delegated by superior.
