Job description

Main Duty

Complete production operation tasks in accordance with production instructions; Equipment operation, abnormal handling and feedback; Production quality control Production efficiency and consumption control; Skills improvement and training; Workshop on-site management, etc.

Responsibility 1: Equipment management and maintenance

• Be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment under jurisdiction to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment to ensure its rapid and normal operation.
• Abnormal handling and feedback during equipment operation.
• Assist equipment maintenance personnel in conducting daily inspections and keeping records.

Responsibility 2: Production operation and management

• Be proficient in operating equipment, improve operational skills, strictly implement all production tasks assigned by superiors and complete production targets on time.
• Be responsible for the production parameters of the equipment and effectively improve production efficiency.
• Regularly organize or participate in necessary training and guidance to ensure standardized and safe operations.

Responsibility 3: Quality Control and Process Improvement

• During the production process, strictly follow the product production technology and quality requirements, and ensure that the products meet the quality standards.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality issues, and strictly implement product quality improvement measures.
• Workshop set strictly enforce product quality improvement measures and the production process quality control and other related requirements, found that have an impact on product quality problem report to.
• Regularly inspect the impact of equipment on product quality. If any problems are found, handle them promptly or report them.
• Batch record filling and confirmation.

Responsibility 4: Safety and environmental protection

• Adhere to and implement the safety production rules and regulations, ensure the safety of equipment and operations, and do not operate equipment or production tools in violation of regulations.
• Organize or participate in workshop safety training to enhance safety awareness.
• Comply with the employee behavior norms and production discipline formulated by the company/workshop.

Responsibility 5: Team coordination and communication

• Maintain close communication with departments such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance, and coordinate to solve problems in production.
• Organize or participate in departmental meetings, share equipment management experience and put forward improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements

Language Skills: Mandarin, English, Malay (Proficiency in Mandarin will add advantage)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–18:00 PM

Compensation Structure

Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government.

Salary Payment

Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month’s salary.
