Join us and take your career to the next level. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Support Executive to be a critical part of our Paint Operations team. You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, optimizing output, and driving continuous improvement within the paint facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have specific responsibilities for the optimization of the current equipment and identification of next generation equipment
  • Follow up Production Orders and close Production Orders on time (based on capacity and plan)
  • Prioritise operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay / downtime
  • Monitor the Production Orders carried out on time and complete within the budget allocated
  • Keep paperwork organised and systematic
  • Work with Managers to analyse job orders, develop production tasks, and schedule
  • To follow up and work with the operation team towards meeting the KPI’S target
  • Ensure Safety and 5s operation meeting the requirements
  • Coordinate weekly production report among production section supervisors. Update the weekly production report and report to Production Manager
  • Attend team meetings to discuss production status and on-going problems
What Are Your Key Responsibilities
  • Process Engineering & Control: Develop, document, and maintain detailed process standards, focusing on continuous improvement, reducing variability, and providing technical process/sequence support.
  • Manufacturing Facilities & Layout: Design and optimize efficient workstation layouts with a focus on ergonomics, safety, and providing technical approval for major equipment and facility installations.
  • Resource Management (Manpower & Tooling): Determine and refine manpower requirements based on production volume and model specifications, and select and qualify appropriate tooling and equipment to meet quality, productivity, and safety targets.
  • Production & Quality Support: Investigate and promptly resolve manufacturing-related issues, using structured problem-solving (like the 8D process) to ensure seamless integration of changes and maintain sustainable product quality.
  • Safety & Compliance: Act as a key liaison with the Health & Safety department to ensure all manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment are suitable, safe, and compliant within the production environment.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Essential Expertise in Paint Process Technology: A Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in painting process management, including hands-on knowledge of paint application (primer, base, clear coat, water/solvent-based) and understanding of related equipment and systems.
  • Technical Documentation & Analysis: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and maintain visual indicators (e.g., Excel graphs) for clear communication of project status and countermeasure actions to senior management.
  • Leadership and Process Management: Proven capability in planning, organizing, managing, and supervising processes with strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, especially related to painting.
  • Advanced Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels with intercultural competency.
  • Problem-Solving and Drive for Improvement: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to teamwork to continuously improve the painting process and drive operational excellence.
