What You’ll be Doing

• Production Supervision & Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in assigned assembly areas (Trim, SE, OH, Final, Door Sub).
• Process Control & Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys) to identify and resolve production issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate reporting of production data and maintain proper documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production or automotive assembly operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and 8D problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands‑on approach and willingness to work on the production floor as needed.
