Job summary

A manufacturing company in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a production manager to lead the team in completing production tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree, with 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, and strengths in analytical and management skills. Experience in the optical module and device industry is advantageous. Strong communication skills to liaise with headquarters in Wuhan, China, are required.

Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, quality and quantity;

Feedback and deal with all kinds of emergencies and current situations in the production line with records generated

Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks;

Inspected the production line; Exception handling: It is necessary to have a strong ability to cope with and respond to anomalies on site;
