Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, with focus on quality and quantity.
• Feedback and handle all kinds of emergencies and current situations on the production line with detailed records.
• Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize enthusiasm of all staff, ensure standards of various production tasks.
• Inspect the production line; handle exceptions and possess strong ability to respond to anomalies on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder.
• At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management.
• Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, play a leading role in production.
• Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarters in Wuhan, China, and all races in Malaysia.
