Job summary

A manufacturing company in Meru, Selangor is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead teams of operators and technicians. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process-related industries such as oil or chemical processing. Responsibilities include preparing daily production reports and ensuring that team objectives align with company goals. Applicants should possess a diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, as well as good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in ground works, including piping repair and burner tuning.
• Experience in process-based industries, preferably oil, fluid, or chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators and technicians to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare daily production reports for management review.
• Support and encourage the team to achieve KPIs.

To prepare daily production report to Management review.

Other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process‑based industries (e.g. oil, fluid, chemical processing) is required.
• Experience in glove manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work night shift / rotating shift and perform overtime when required.
• Hands‑on experience in ground wager work, including piping repair, burner tuning and basic mechanical works.
• Able to follow instructions from superiors and report issues promptly.
• Adaptable to company changes and operational requirements.
