Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure a safe, organised, and efficient work environment.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to meet output targets and quality standards.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing material shipments, ensuring accurate quantity tracking and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory of machine parts and production supplies.
  • Report daily team productivity and operational updates to management.
  • Track and follow up on the progress of material shipments.
  • Document and maintain production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train team members on proper equipment usage, PPE and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to plan and conduct safety training and emergency drills.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations.
  • Assist in planning and optimizing factory layout for improved workflow.
  • Support maintenance and repair activities for the factory, laboratory, and office facilities.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on safety, quality, and operational updates.
  • Coordinate with the China Engineering team on equipment upgrades and process improvements.
Requirements
